Ce poste est idéal pour une personne qui souhaite travailler à distance. Relevant de la Gestionnaire, Systèmes et Applications, vous serez responsable d'offrir du soutien dans tous les domaines liés aux logiciels de gestion de clinique dentaires et d'imagerie. En tant que Spécialiste Logiciel Dentaire Bilingue, vous contribuerez au soutien des cliniques dentaires en anglais et en français.

This is a remote opportunity and can be based anywhere in Canada. Reporting to the Manager, Practice Applications, you will be responsible for providing support in all areas related to Practice Management and Imaging Software. As the Bilingual Practice Application Specialist, you will assist in providing support for practices in both English and in French.
In this role, you will
Meet and collaborate with the team, stakeholder and vendors
Adhere to Dentalcorps conversion process
Serve as the primary point of contact during the conversion process
Develop and executing customized conversion plans tailored to the specific needs of each practice
Provide exceptional support to our internal network of practices
Build and maintain strong relationships with Practice Principal, Practice Managers and staff
Ensure accurate and efficient conversion of data from various systems into new system
Perform thorough testing and validation of converted data to ensure accuracy and integrity
Document conversion process, mappings, and procedures for future reference and auditing purposes
Monitor progress and address any issues that arise during the conversion process
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues and discrepancies during conversion process
Collaborate and assist with Practice Management Software configuration changes, and the rollout of new features
Provide hypercare support to ensure successful integration and client satisfaction
Answer DC Assist tickets (ticketing system)/email requests- investigate and resolve all Practice Management software inquiries within our SLA standards
What we're looking for
University or College Diploma in retail, business, or office administration, or similar
3-5 years' experience in dental industry
Expert level knowledge in the use of dental software systems, specifically Dentitek
Familiar with Imaging Software
Strong Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
Jira Knowledge an asset
Knowledge of and demonstrated ability in company values, collaboration, integrity, excellence, and innovation
Have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and project management skills
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with complex data
Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building loyalty
Experience managing business operations including patient scheduling, finances, inventory, recall management and people management
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Willingness to work varied hours to align with business needs
